to one known to do business as Jennifer N Slay, dba: 5916 Hundred Acre Drive,
Marianna, Florida 32446-2501 and other locations; her family, friends, visitors,
et al.
You are requested to leave
immediately under Florida code for trespassing notices. You are not welcome.
Any and all property remaining by dark Sunday, 5/10/2015 will be considered
abandoned property and will be disposed at owner’s discretion.
Please accept this written notice
that you, your party, and your visitors are trespassing. Subject to Florida Law
often one is granted a notice. This is that notice. Your next notification
will potentially be arrest for trespassing, potentially felony trespassing.
Copy of this notice will be filed with Jackson County Sheriff Department on
Monday, 5/11/2015 if any persons, property or indications of remaining exist at
that time. Upon filing with Sheriff Department official charges will follow at
discretion of the owner.
I hold you and your party
responsible for any and all damages, losses and vandalism to properties
including efforts to remediate present situations.
I hold you responsible for theft
(Possibly grand theft), removal, or handling of material property moved or
removed from property and residences in vicinity.
You have unlawfully removed
property from 2296 Pollywog Lane. You have unlawfully disposed/stored items at
2300 Pollywog Lane. You have unlawfully taken up some form of squat at 2298
Pollywog Lane.
Your attempts to extend power in
my name will serve as an admission of responsibility for any and all damages,
losses, or removals from the property and adjacent properties. Further this
account is being altered to block access. All power exhausted during your
apparent attempts to squat the property will be added to an account for your
damages.
Should you allege or attempt to
establish a landlord/tenant situation then you will be held accountable for the
Criminal Mischief and Felony Fraud that comes with that unfounded assertion. If
by some twist you are able to establish any form of landlord/tenant relationship
then you will subsequently be held for Criminal Fraud in trying to
squat/establish rental agreement in which you have no ability, facility, or
intention to pay. Clearly your attempting to hide/reside at the property while
dodging the owner is cloaked in a host of attempts to conceal, misrepresent, or
alter material fact. This is felony fraud.
Please leave forwarding address
for legal service and for on-passing to Wells Fargo and other creditors pursuing
you from your “Hundred Acre Road” habitation and those prior and following.
It appears you have developed a
pattern of unlawful activity and deception. I reserve the right at all times to
work with creditors and local law enforcement to expose your schemes and
patterns.
Please act swiftly and remove
yourself and anything which it lawfully yours prior to the set deadline, or all
will be considered abandoned property. No discussion, agreement in any form
with any person can change this or allow any deviation. Owner reserves the
right to take action on his own property including all abandoned property Sunday
evening.
